What would be the impact of not allocating sufficient time or funds to archival research?
Not allocating sufficient time to archival research may mean that you do not find what you are looking for or you don't have a big enough variety to pick from. Not allocating funding correctly to archival material may mean that you find what your looking for but its to much for your budget.
