Facility hire is where you are going to film. Whether its a public space or a rented out space.

For a budget of £3000 it would probably be easier to use a space you already have or use a public space. However to rent out a cheap space it would cost £100 per day in London and £800 per week.
This space is good because it's a plain studio so you can fit it with the theme of your film without having to worry about everything else in the room.

For a bigger budget like £63000000 then you could rent out a big space with the money that you have. For a room in Stafford London then it would cost £500 per day, therefor the total would be £4000 per week. This is good because you get a big space for a cheap price but again it's empty so you can decorate it how you would like and then have no problem about anything not fitting in with the film.

There are many options when picking out where to film however you have to go with whats in your budget and what is available to you at the time.

Clearances in materials means the process you go through to get permission, you need permission for; any sets used, the cast starring in your film, music if it is not copyright free, stock film, art posters, any brands mentioned or seen in the film, books, broadcasts, computer programs (if any has been used), dramatic works, and photographs.  Clearances need to be done when making a film so you do not get legally in trouble, your trademark isn't taken down and you have all the insurance needed when making your film.  For a review, you need to go to the attorney. The talent in a film is who stars in it. When you have a short film budget like £3000 over a big Hollywood film budget like £63000000 then you might not always see actors that you know. For a £3000 budget on the talent you could hire out 5 actors. For one male actor you would have to pay him £10 per hour. For another male actor you would have to pay him £10 per hour. Lastly for another male actor you would have to pay him £10 per hour. For one female actor you would have to pay her £15 per hour. For another female actor you would have to pay her £25 per hour. If they each work for 8 hours a day then in total it would cost you £560 per day. Therefore a week of filming would cost you £2800.
