There are many different ways in getting to a film set these include, cars, mini-vans, public transport which includes trains and buses.

When organizing transport for your employees then you must remember everyone therefore it may be pricey.
For an 8 people crew and a 5 people cast there are many options.

To rent a car for 8 hours for 5 days one way is £133. This is a 7-12 minivan, which is good because we have a big crew and it is advised for people who have a lot of 'equipment or luggage'. For there and back each day it'll cost £266 and for the whole week it'll cost £1330.

To get public transport each day from Sutton to London Bridge is £12.80 return for one person. Therefore, it will cost £166.40 per day and £832 all week for returns.

Therefore, if you are on a small budget and don't have a lot to spend public transport is a lot cheaper than hiring a van for your whole crew.

Clearances in materials means the process you go through to get permission, you need permission for; any sets used, the cast starring in your film, music if it is not copyright free, stock film, art posters, any brands mentioned or seen in the film, books, broadcasts, computer programs (if any has been used), dramatic works, and photographs.  Clearances need to be done when making a film so you do not get legally in trouble, your trademark isn't taken down and you have all the insurance needed when making your film.  For a review, you need to go to the attorney. When doing this you need to provide the script. The talent in a film is who stars in it. When you have a short film budget like £3000 over a big Hollywood film budget like £63000000 then you might not always see actors that you know. For a £3000 budget on the talent you could hire out 5 actors. For one male actor you would have to pay him £10 per hour. For another male actor you would have to pay him £10 per hour. Lastly for another male actor you would have to pay him £10 per hour. For one female actor you would have to pay her £15 per hour. For another female actor you would have to pay her £25 per hour. If they each work for 8 hours a day then in total it would cost you £560 per day. Therefore a week of filming would cost you £2800. If your budget has £3000 on each department then you could hire them all but if you wanted to save money on your production then you could use your friends or just have 2-3 experienced actors.
